If you have been billed by this Merchant, you have agreed to the terms of service of one or several digital adult content websites. "Merchant" as referred to in this document shall mean: The billing identifier or purchase description appearing on your credit card statement which has led you to this site. Examples include but are not limited to: MFREEL.COM, PAYBZ.COM, PROBILLER.COM.

"Subscriber" as referred to in this document shall mean: The Subscriber or "purchaser" of a Membership to a Website billed by Merchant. The use of "you" in this document is synonymous with Subscriber.

"Membership" as referred to in this document shall mean: The purchase by a Subscriber of a username and password to a Website billed by Merchant

"Website" as referred to in this document shall mean: The adult website, billed by the Merchant, to which a Membership has been purchased by Subscriber.

"Email Purchase Receipt" as referred to in this document shall mean: The electronic receipt sent to the Subscriber at the time of the Membership purchase.

"Membership Purchase Page" as referred to in this document shall mean: The Website page where the Subscriber entered his/her billing information and email address.

1. Billing
Unless otherwise stated, Merchant will appear on your credit card, bank statement, or phone bill for all charges made for the Website you have purchased a Membership to. If multiple items are purchased utilizing any payment method, your statement will list each individual purchase comprising the transaction. Provided you have not requested changes to the payment method or information submitted on the Membership Purchase Page, all charges or credits will be applied to the same payment method.

2. Payment / Fee
The Website you have purchased a Membership to may have periodic subscription fees which are defined on the Website at the time of the initial enrolment for subscription. The Subscriber is responsible for such fees according to the terms of the Website or as summarized on the Email Purchase Receipt sent as a result of a successful Membership purchase.

3. Automatic Recurring Billing (If Selected By Subscriber On The Sign Up Page)
As determined by the Website at the time of subscription purchase and per Email Purchase Receipt, subscription fees may automatically renew at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time, unless Membership has been canceled. Cancelation may be done by contacting customer support 24 hours before renewal for trial Memberships and seven (7) days before renewal for any other Membership. Alternatively, cancelation may also be possible online by visiting the Website you have purchased a Membership from and by following links to Customer Support. Unless otherwise stated or agreed to, Membership renewals shall be processed at the rate stated on the Website or Email Purchase Receipt.

4. Recurring Payments
For your convenience, and to avoid any interruptions to your Membership, Merchant reserves the right to continue billing Membership renewals, in accordance to the terms of the Membership option selected on purchase, until account cancelation.

5. Electronic Receipt/Email Purchase Receipt
Subscribers will receive an Email Purchase Receipt to their email address provided at time of subscription. Subscriber may, at any time, request a copy of the account of charges made for the life of their Membership to the site. Subscriber foregoes this right if such request is not made. Requests must be made directly to Merchant or to the Website. Merchant is not responsible for erroneous or inexistent email addresses entered by Subscriber on the Website's Membership Purchase Page, or if the Subscriber does not have access to the email address provided on the Membership Purchase Page. To contact Merchant refer to the Contact Information at the end of this document. Because all membership terms are also available and agreed upon by Subscriber on Membership Purchase Page, Merchant is not responsible for any charges to Subscriber should Subscriber, for whatever reason, not receive Email Purchase Receipt.

6. Cancelation
At any time, and without cause, subscription to the service may be terminated by Merchant, the Website, or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic mail, telephone, online chat, or snail mail (expect reasonable delays in the latter case). Subscriber is responsible for charges incurred until termination of service. If Subscriber requests cancellation or request a refund from Merchant, bank, card issuer, or Phone Company due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, Merchant can at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, block Subscriber information from future billing by Merchant including future Membership creation requests. Merchant makes no representation that this is a substitution for Subscriber contacting appropriate channels to prevent further misuse. If Subscriber is taking advantage of a "Free" trial period through a credit card, please be aware that Merchant will request and Subscriber bank will immediately put a "Reserved Funds" ("AUTH") hold on Subscriber credit card for the amount of the subscription plan Subscriber has selected. If the free trial is cancelled within the timeframe allowed by the Website, it typically takes the banking system 7 to 10 days to remove the credit card hold from these funds. Please understand that Merchant has no way to remove this hold. During the trial period and for a minimum of 7 to 10 days after Subscriber cancels, these funds are considered out of Subscriber bank or credit card account even though technically they are still there, and Subscriber could overdraw or exceed the limits of his/her account. Subscriber is responsible for any charges imposed by credit card issuing bank for exceeding Subscriber account limits or overdrawing of account.

7. Refunds
Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships; however, cancelation for all future recurring billing may be requested in accordance with 6 - Cancelation. Merchant reserves the right to issue one-time refunds or credits to one or several customers at its discretion. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds. Should a refund be issued by Merchant for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Merchant will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another payment mechanism.

8. Cardholder Disputes/Chargebacks
Please note that all chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may prevent future purchases with Merchant or other merchants owned by Manwin Billing Ireland Limited. Fraud claims may result in Merchant contacting your issuer to protect you and prevent future fraudulent charges to your card.
For any unrecognized credit card statement charges by Merchant, Merchant highly recommends that Subscriber contact customer support via the links or information on this site.

9. Supplementary Terms and Conditions
Additional Terms and Conditions are available on Website. Merchant recommends that Subscriber contacts Customer Support using information listed on this site, or visits Website to view all additional agreed-upon terms. The site may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of their offering to the Subscriber, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as listed at the Website will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here. All Terms listed apply to Merchant, the Website, and the Subscriber.

10. Disclaimer
USER UNDERSTANDS THAT THE MERCHANT CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THAT FILES AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING FROM THE INTERNET WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES OR OTHER CODE THAT MAY MANIFEST CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES. USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING SUFFICIENT PROCEDURES AND CHECKPOINTS TO SATISFY YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCURACY OF DATA INPUT AND OUTPUT, AND FOR MAINTAINING A MEANS EXTERNAL TO THE WEBSITE FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF ANY LOST DATA.
